Happy New Year - It's 2020! We are so excited for what's coming this year and to start things off on a great note - the 2020 Mazda CX-30's are arriving soon! You may have seen the teaser videos, but what are the specifications, features and available accessories for the CX-30?

Let's begin with the features of the CX-30! 

i-ACTIV AWD

Mazda's are always ready to conquer any road you take and the CX-30 has an available All-Wheel Drive system that is ready to handle rain, snow or other slippery Canadian road conditions and delivers ample grip when accelerating, decelerating, and cornering on dry road surfaces. It works in tandem with G-Vectoring Control making precise adjustments to deliver a smoother, more consistent driving experience.

• Mazda's i-Activ AWD uses 27 sensors to predict changing road conditions 200 times per second and the system reacts immediately, distributing power to each wheel as needed for any change in road conditions
• The G-Vectoring Control Plus helps maintain road grip and steering accuracy by shifting vehicle weight on turn entry and exit to achieve a smoother, more responsive drive
• Mazda's new off-road traction assist feature can potentially help the driver when adventuring on uneven terrain.

The speakers are placed strategically around the cabin to deliver high-quality, clear audio at both low and high volumes so you and your passengers can enjoy the ride together. 

MAZDA CONNECT INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM

Mazda Connect provides a safer way for you to stay connected to your smartphone while driving. Along with the convenient HMI Commander control which has a consistent "rotate and push" pattern to help provide a safe and stress-free driving environment. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto allow you to use certain functions and apps (maps, messages, emails, text, phone calls, podcasts, etc.) from your smartphone while on the road.

A PERFECT FIT

The proportions of the CX-30 give the compact crossover the freedom to go just about anywhere. Designed to be as compact as possible to easily manoeuvre in tight situations, such as narrow roads or small parking spaces. But at the same time, the CX-30 has a generous cargo area, an available power liftgate with programmable height and a low platform to make loading and unloading easier. 

PERFORMANCE

The CX-30 is equipped with a Skyactiv-G 2.0L and 2.5L engines that's responsive and super-efficient and paired with a quick-shifting Skyactiv-Drive six-speed automatic transmission. It delivers a class-leading 155hp (2.0L) | 186 hp (2.5L), and an impressive 150 lb-ft (2.0L) | 186 lb-ft (2.5L) of torque. 

The CX-30 will be available in 3 trims - GX, GS & GT and in a variety of colours including the newly introduced Polymetal Gray and Mazda's signature Soul Red Crystal Metallic! 

There's a lot of dedication and effort that has gone into the development of the CX-30. This compact crossover is the ideal size to take on an uplifting journey, big or small.
