We work hard on our end to ensure your order is shipped as early as possible in order to arrive in your hands in a timely manner. However, delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.). Please allow extra delivery time for remote/rural addresses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including, but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped. If the delivery is returned due to a bad address provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it sent out again.
Any orders with delivery method Local Pick Up, will be kept at the store for 30 days from the date that the order is Ready For Pick Up. Any orders that are not picked up within the time period will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Should customer need alternate arrangement they can contact us and we can assist them!
