    Shipping Policy

    • Please double check the shipping address on your order as we are unable to change the delivery address once the item has shipped. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to input error. 
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as redelivery costs. We will not be held responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
    • In stock orders will ship the same day if order is received by 2pm EST
    • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day
    • Deliveries are made on working days
    • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated. Depending on your location, shipment may take longer (5-15 business days)
    • Multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times
    • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
    • For customers in remote locations, there may be an additional delivery surcharge
    • All orders can be tracked with the tracking number provided in a confirmation email (Tracking numbers will not show any movement within the first 8 hours)
    • In the case that a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer - these orders will take around 2-7 days to arrive to us, and will be promptly shipped out to you. 
    • In the case that a part is on back-order or has been discontinued, we will try our best to locate one for you.
    • We will notify you if there are any issues with your order!

    We work hard on our end to ensure your order is shipped as early as possible in order to arrive in your hands in a timely manner. However, delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.). Please allow extra delivery time for remote/rural addresses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including, but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped. If the delivery is returned due to a bad address provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it sent out again.

    Shipping to Canada

    • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on shipping carrier calculator.
    • For customers in remote locations, there may be an additional delivery surcharge and we will notify you of any additional costs

    US Shipping

    • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on shipping carrier calculator.
    • Depending on your location, some orders can take longer to arrive
    • Additional shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable)
    • In certain cases, there may be unforeseen additional shipping charges and we will notify you before we ship your order out
    • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of all duties and taxes. You are responsible for any duties and taxes which may be collected by customs (for US customers) when your order arrives. 

      Oversized and Heavy Products

      • Any oversized or heavy products are subject to different shipping conditions and services.
      • We will contact you if the item is considered oversized and provide you with a shipping cost. You will not be billed until we receive your approval.
      • These items are available for free in-store pick up. Details on in-store pick up are found below.

      International Shipping

      • We do ship internationally, but shipping costs are subject to the shipping carrier calculator
      • Use the shipping calculator at checkout to get an estimate
      • Estimated delivery dates will vary according to location

      Collection In-Store

      • We offer FREE in-store pick-ups at Scarboro Mazda at 2124 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough ON, M1R 3A3, Canada. Simply select In-Store Pickup option during checkout
      • If an item is not in stock, it can be ready within 24 hours (the earliest) to be  picked up in store
      • Once your item has arrived, you will be notified by email to collect your items at your convenience 
      • When collecting your order in-store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation, a government-issued photographic identification (ie, driver's license) and if you have used a card, the card used to make the purchase. If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, please also provide your signed written permission in addition to the above.
      • Any orders with delivery method Local Pick Up, will be kept at the store for 30 days from the date that the order is Ready For Pick Up. Any orders that are not picked up within the time period will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Should customer need alternate arrangement they can contact us and we can assist them!

      Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry

      If a freight forwarding service or hand-carrying is used to ship items internationally, the following applies:

      • MazdaShop and its associated companies won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that MazdaShop and associated companies isn't able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the U.S. by hand-carrying or using a freight forwarding service. If ordering from MazdaShop.ca to deliver to a U.S. shipping address, you should refuse the delivery of these goods if they arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. 
      • If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a U.S. address, purchase goods from MazdaShop.ca to be shipped to a U.S. location, and then subsequently export these goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter of these goods. You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all the export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. MazdaShop must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.) It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarder's most up-to-date U.S. address is used.
      • If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) do not have a U.S. residence and purchase goods from MazdaShop.ca to be shipped to a U.S. location, you or the designated freight forwarder may not subsequently export the goods without prior written authorization from MazdaShop
      • Products that cannot be exported directly from MazdaShop.ca, which you export yourself or through a freight forwarder may not be returned directly to MazdaShop after being exported.  
      • International return labels will not be issued for items exported through a freight forwarder or hand carry. If provided, the return mailing label is for U.S. domestic shipments only.
