Special Notes
- Never attempt to tow another vehicle or trailer with the Lifestyle Mount.
- The total weight supported by the Lifestyle Mount must never exceed 200 pounds when using attachments or accessories, including the weight of the rack, and any bicycles or other cargo.
- Always ensure that any Lifestyle Mount attachments or accessories are properly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, and secured with a 5/ 8" hitch pin and retaining clip prior to use.
- Keep the Lifestyle Mount components clean and in good condition. Discontinue use of the Lifestyle Mount if any components become worn or damaged.
- Inspect the Lifestyle Mount for any loose fasteners, and worn or damaged components, prior to every use.
- If any of these conditions are found, immediately discontinue use of the Lifestyle Mount and have the vehicle inspected at an authorized Mazda dealership.
- The use of trailer electrical sockets or other electrical harnesses is not supported with the Lifestyle Mount.
- Attachments or accessories which utilize an electrical connection to the vehicle, such as accessories which provide rearward lights or turn signals, are not compatible with the Lifestyle Mount.
- The Lifestyle Mount is not compatible with Mazda Genuine Accessory Trailer Hitch Harness.
